In its "Action Guidelines," our group has established a policy of taking a firm stand against antisocial forces. As an internal system, the compliance office is in charge of implementing thorough measures to eliminate antisocial forces by clearly stipulating "clauses for eliminating antisocial forces" in various contract documents or requesting business partners to submit a "confirmation" of such clauses. In the event of unjustified demands by antisocial forces, we have a system in place to respond in cooperation with lawyers, local police departments, and other relevant organizations, and we collect information on such demands.
