As representative director of the Company, he oversees the overall management of the company as well as the overall private REIT operations.
Joined Hoosiers Corporation in 2006.
From September 2015 until the end of December 2023, he was the Representative Director of Hoosiers Asset Management, Inc. and was involved in management decisions in the real estate investment business. In addition, he is in charge of the real estate development business of the Hoosiers Group.

Mr. Sato is the Managing Director of Hoosiers Capital Management, one of the leading Asset Management firm in Japan. He oversees the firm's overall management, including planning new funds, scheme structuring, investor marketing, and investment sourcing.
With a background in real estate sales, brokerage, and leasing, Mr. Sato previously served as the head of the asset management team of Creed Co., Ltd. since 2001, where he helped build one of the largest real estate funds in Japan (Total assets of 246.4 billion JPY). After a Management Buy-Out (MBO) in 2010, its name changed from Creed Real Estate Investment Adviser Co., Ltd. to Vermilion Capital Management Co., Ltd. In 2012, he was seconded to Southeast Asia, where he was involved in investment sourcing management.
Mr. Sato joined the Hoosiers Group in 2017. Since then, he has been investing and managing real estate investment funds on behalf of various domestic and foreign institutional investors.

Mr. Nogi is the Director of the Fund Management Unit. He leads the Investment activities, including investment sourcing, investment evaluation, and analysis. After engaging in construction management at a general construction company, he has been involved in managing private placement funds for domestic and foreign investors since 2007. In 2010, he became the Director of Polaris Investment Advisories Ltd. (currently SBI REIT Advisors K.K.).Mr. Nogi launched and managed Nippon REIT Investment Corporation as General Manager of the Investment Management Department. After that, he listed Nippon REIT Investment Corporation in April 2014 and was involved in the management as a director until the asset size reached about 250 billion through three Public Offerings

Mr. Nagai engages in cash management and fund administration for the fund business in the company.
After graduating, he was consistently involved in real estate finance-related business for more than 30 years at a general leasing company, a foreign real estate financial institution, an AM company and a regional bank, and has a wide range of business experience and knowledge.
In the early days of JREITs in Japan, he participated in the launch of Global One Real Estate Investment Corporation and was involved in the management of office buildings for six years after the listing in 2003.
During his 13 years with Tokyo Star Bank, he was involved in the origination and examination of non-recourse loan finance, as well as the management of the turnaround and recovery business as the representative of a joint venture with ORIX.
